Paul comes with a wealth of knowledge with a career that spans over 34 years (with the last 15 in the Superyacht Sector), including new construction, refit management, class/statutory surveying, shore-side infrastructure projects, senior operational management, and hands-on seagoing experience.

Paul will take the lead position as YPI Technical consultant supporting the YPI fleet and providing the necessary expertise across all areas of the operational and maintenance aspects of yacht management.

He has overseen the construction of +100m superyachts and large high profile cruise ships, as well as senior appointments at operational level.

Paul will certainly bring the technical gravitas to YPI that will see the company enter the large superyacht landscape in yacht management ably assisting YPI to expand its fleet globally.
