YPI x Mercantile & Maritime Resolution Statement

The reported dispute between Mr Murtaza Lakhani’s Mercantile & Maritime Group and Mr Abdullah Nahar concerning the yachting business, Yachting Partners International SAM in Monaco and Yachting Partners International Limited in the UK, has been resolved on confidential terms.

Mr Nahar will continue to operate the YPI businesses which have no connection with or involvement by Mr Lakhani or his Mercantile & Maritime Group, who bear no responsibility for any contracts or obligations entered into by Mr Nahar or those companies or any third party associated with them.
