YPI sells ALCOR SECONDO

23m sailing yacht ALCOR SECONDO

YPI sells 23m (75.5ft) ALCOR SECONDO

Yachting Partners International are delighted to announce the sale of 23m (75.5ft) ALCOR SECONDO.

ALCOR SECONDO is a luxury vintage sailing yacht with a wooden hull and superstructure, built for a Spanish yachtsman by Sangermani in 1959. ALCOR SECONDO has many innovative features for a yacht of her era with a fin and skeg underbody and very long overhangs. This gives her additional buoyancy in rough weather, yet reduces the wet surface in light wind. Although she has spent the majority of time in the Mediterranean, she is capable of an Atlantic crossing as well as worldwide cruising.

An impressively fast yacht under sail, she has done well on the Mediterranean racing circuit, participating in races such as the Panerai and Prada Circuits.

The yacht comfortably accommodates six guests in four cabins. She is powered by Rolls Royce engines of 320 hp each, giving her a maximum speed of 10 knots and cruising speed of 8.5 knots.
