New for sale: Riva 63' Virtus

MAD DAY Riva 63' Virtus for sale

Riva 63’ Virtus MAD DAY joins the sales fleet

Yachting Partners International is delighted to welcome 19m (62.6ft) Riva 63 Virtus MAD DAY to the YPI sales fleet.

Fashioned with a typical Mediterranean style, MAD DAY exudes the classic Riva DNA in the form of the Riva 63 Virtus. The biggest open Riva in the model range, the 63 Virtus is stylish, fast and beautifully engineered.

The 63' Virtus is designed to maximize space, providing high quality on board comfort. The sleek profile is emphasized by large arrow-shaped side windows, offering a good flow of natural lighting onto the deck below, where a master suite, VIP and twin suite can be found.

Focusing on communal areas throughout, MAD DAY’s spacious exterior features two large sundecks, one located at the bow and one astern situated above the garage where the tender is parked. The intention to enhance the social aspects of the boat is extended into the helm area where the driving seat is a three-seater sofa, giving owners the chance to share the pleasure of driving the yacht with guests. This section is protected by a large windshield with a double curve that gives boaters comfort while cruising on the water.

The cockpit is perhaps her best feature, a huge, open space, equivalent to the flybridge of a 90ft superyacht. It is equipped with a fridge, sink and grill in addition to three sofas – one L-shaped on the port side, one astern and a third with a system which slides, enabling one to move closer to the varnished teak table inset that has a flip-up section. This open section can be shaded by an electro-hydraulically operated bimini which can be left up while the yacht is running.

The interior fittings have been styled to attain the best availability of space and comfort, as seen by the implementation of a large wooden table which can seat up to six people without reducing the size of the boat’s galley.

Constructed from a contrast of materials – lighter shades of oak in combination with darker leather tones, the unusual features of the hull and teak of the deck, together with the many details in stainless steel, contribute to making the Riva 63’ Virtus both modern and sporty while still encompassing the traditional elegance of the Riva yacht line.

MAD DAY is one of the few 63 Virtus models with gyro stabilizers providing stability at anchor and underway. She also benefits from a generator and air-conditioning upgraded to tropical standard. MAD DAY presents in immaculate condition and must be seen.
