YPI is pleased to announce the addition of 29m Pendennis sloop MARGARET ANN to our brokerage fleet. Launched in 2004 by a pedigree collaboration of Pendennis and Dubois, with an interior design by Redman Whiteley Dixon, MARGARET ANN was a finalist for Best Sailing Yacht at the Superyacht Society Awards in 2005.
A showcase of Dubois design quality, the yacht offers exceptional sailing performance. Clean uncluttered decks feature a pilothouse with raised seating area, and comfortable interiors accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 suites, including a full-width master suite with two double beds. Two additional convertible twin/double suites are each equipped with a large Pullman berth suitable for adults.
MARGARET ANN has received continuous capital investment and has been maintained to an exceptional standard including a refit in 2016/2017. She is presented in immaculate condition.
