45m Holland Jachtbouw sold, with YPI representing the seller
Yachting Partners International have today announced the sale of 45m Holland Jachtbouw sloop HEUREKA. The deal follows a successful summer for the YPI brokerage team, including the recent sale of Southern Wind 102RS SEAWAVE, following the company’s acquisition by Mercantile & Maritime Investments (MMI), the investment division of the Mercantile & Maritime Group. YPI Senior Broker Matt Albert represented the Seller in the deal. HEUREKA remains under YPI management.
Delivered in 2014 by Holland Jachtbouw, with Naval Architecture by Bill Dixon, HEUREKA was conceived to perform exceptionally even in light airs. She features a lifting keel, giving a reduced draft of 3.9m when retracted (5.9m when deployed), for access to shallow bays and anchorages.
HEUREKA accommodates 8 guests in 4 cabins and features a stylish, modern, contemporary interior by Rhoades Young. A raised salon allows the full beam to be utilised - a significant advantage over a more traditional deck house arrangement.
