The Cannes Yachting Festival 2022
Founded in 1977, the Cannes Yachting Festival takes place in the beautiful French city every September and showcases almost 600 boats from 5 to 45-metres on water. Guests can expect to see state-of-the-art sailing, motor, monohull, multihull, rigid and semi-rigid hull, as well as the latest water toys and tenders.
The in-water boat show in the Bay of Cannes takes place in two of the city’s ports, the Vieux Port and Port Pierre Canto. Cannes' Vieux Port is one of the oldest harbours on the French Riviera and will host more than 500 prestigious motor boats ranging from 5 to 45 metres, presented by the world’s leading shipyards.
Vieux Port is also the setting of the Luxury Gallery, an area dedicated to luxury and the art of living. This prestigious area will host concessions from various luxury sectors, including watches, jewellery, fashion, spirits, furniture, high-tech products and art.
Across the Croisette, Port Canto is the setting of the Sailing Area. In 2022, the Cannes Yachting Festival event will bring together more than 120 new sailing boats ranging from 10 to 28 metres, both monohull and multihull, with more than 20 global launches. These vessels will be exhibited alongside world-class shipyards, equipment manufacturers, and nautical service companies.
The Yacht Brokerage & Toys Area in Port Canto is home to 22 to 56-metre previously owned yachts for sale or charter, as well as nautical toys and accessories for the largest superyachts. Guests are also invited to step aboard the most beautiful motor yacht and sailboats and take the helm of extraordinary vessels during sea trials at the Cannes yacht show.
