51m AUSPICIOUS sold by YPI

Yachting Partners International has today announced the sale of 51m Mondomarine AUSPICIOUS. YPI has been working with the buyer and Edmiston represented the seller.

Delivered in 2009, with exterior design by Cor D Rover, AUSPICIOUS comfortably accommodates 12 guests in five cabins, with a sixth cabin converting from the cinema lounge.

Following an interior refit in 2013 by Harrison Eidsgaard and Vedder, her interiors showcase a cool, versatile space, perfect for socialising and relaxing.

The yacht also features an elevator to all three main decks, fold-out balconies, an infinity plunge pool on the main deck and an Opacmare Transformer swim platform.

AUSPICIOUS has been impeccably maintained and her low engine hours make her an attractive investment. She has a maximum speed of 18 knots and cruises comfortably at 15.5 knots.
