Motor yachts and sailing yachts for sale and charter on display at 7th edition of show
Around 50 motor and sailing yachts are preparing to attend the 7th edition of the Palma Superyacht Show in Mallorca, taking place from 27th April – 1st May 2019.
The Port of Palma will welcome a collection of charter and brokerage yachts from around the world. The show has grown in popularity over the past years and is now a highly attended show, open to the public as well as yacht industry professionals. Unlike other shows, Palma displays an equal mix of motor yachts and sailing yachts, taking advantage of Palma's excellent sailing conditions.
Last year's show saw an extended show area, a wider selection of yachts (in larger sizes), and the addition of a 72m floating bridge. The 2019 Palma Show will offer an improved layout of the Refit & Repair sector.
YPI will display 40m Holland Jachtbouw J-Class RAINBOW and 30.2m Southern Wind BLUES at the show.
Built to meet the J-Class Association maximum performance rules, RAINBOW is one of the newest J-Class reproductions on the market. A flawless recreation of a 1930’s classic sailing yacht brought up to modern standards, she was developed from the original plans of the 1934 America’s Cup winner of the same name. RAINBOW is for sale and charter with YPI.
BLUES is presented in exceptional condition after a significant 2017-2018 refit. Built to the highest technical specification with a high-modulus carbon mast and EC6+ carbon rigging, she is the finest 100RS ever launched by Southern Wind.
