Yachting Partners International (YPI) is pleased to announce its presence at the upcoming Mallorca Superyacht Days in Port Adriano, 3 - 5 May 2013 where it will be showcasing three impressive sailing yachts: OCEAN'S SEVEN 2, ANNAGINE and YII.

Now in its 2nd edition, the Mallorca Superyacht Days isheld in the Port Adriano and is organised at the same time as the International Palma Boat Show to offer more opportunities for clients to visit some of the world’s finest yachts.

“I was really quite impressed by the Show last year,” says Head of YPI Sailing, Will Bishop. “It had the right attitude about it and a very nice selection of yachts, especially sailing yachts. So this year, we decided to bring over three very different but equally superb yachts from our own sailing fleet.”

OCEAN'S SEVEN 2             Maximum comfort with ultimate performance

Built in 1998 by the renowned French yard, Tréhard, with refits in 2004 and 2010, OCEAN’S SEVEN2 was designed with maximum comfort and ultimate performance in mind.
“She was designed for the most discerning of guests and the most demanding of owners,” says her YPI broker and Head of YPI Sailing, William Bishop. “A sloop with vast, clean decks and offering plenty of space and comfort both inside and out, OCEAN’S SEVEN2 is exhilarating under sail, her fair lines and long waterline assuring excellent sailing performance.”
Attention has also been paid to owner and guest needs with insulation and soundproofing between cabins, the saloon and galley, affording complete privacy.
OCEAN’S SEVEN2 is also the only sailing yacht of any size to offer no less than three berth combinations: 4 King-size berths or 8 Twin or a Suite with one King and two Twins. Together with two full size baths.”
Whether as Kings or Twins all berths are also more than 2m (7ft) long.
“Thanks to this unique level of flexibility and the fact that she is MCA compliant, OCEAN’S SEVEN2 can also generate significant charter revenue for an owner keen on offsetting running costs.”
Access to the water has also been carefully considered with a staircase transom making it very easy for all ages to enjoy a swim or access the tender.
“OCEAN’S SEVEN2 delivers on all levels for all types of owners and guests,” says Will. “She is a fantastic yacht and one that is exceptionally competitively priced.”

ANNAGINE                                         “Built for a true yachtsman”

The second sailing yacht of the same name to be built for an experienced and passionate yachtsman, the 34-metre ANNAGINE was built by J.O.M in the Netherlands and launched in 2011.
“She is beautifully crafted and wonderfully designed by one of our favourite Dutch designers, Dijkstra & Partners,” explains former sailing yacht captain and Head of YPI Sailing, William Bishop. “She is a fast and comfortable yacht, built for a yachtsman who enjoys racing whilst also appreciating his creature comforts.”
With traditional lines and styling, ANNAGINE offers a clean and simple deck with a bright and airy interior. “She makes good use of Honduras mahogany and chestnut flooring inside,” says Will. “Deck skylights and prisms make excellent use of natural light. Technically she is well equipped and well thought through. She has headroom of just over two metres throughout the saloon and guest cabins. The sails can be trimmed from the safety of the cockpit, great for charter guests; the carbon mast from Offshore Spars is supported by a Nitronic rod rigging, and a fixed ballasted keel with a relatively short chord length gives a draught of just over four metres."
ANNAGINE provides accommodation for up to eight charter guests sleeping. All cabins have a bathroom with shower en suite.

YII                                              Performance, space and comfort…

Launched in 2006 and superbly maintained by her professional crew, the 37m ‘YII’ is a true pedigree yacht with naval architecture by Dixon Yacht Designs and interiors by John Munford.
“We are very proud to be representing ‘YII’ on the market today,” explains Head of YPI’s sailing arm, William Bishop. “She is the second yacht to be designed by Dixon Yacht Designs for the owner. She is superbly laid out and offers an exceptional sail area to displacement ratio that means great performance even in the slightest of breezes.”
With an uncluttered deck and low profile deckhouse, ‘YII’ also offers a range of sleek features and extras including semi-recessed headsail furlers, a ‘through hull´anchor system, pop-up cleats, deck-recessed Genoa tracks, concealed hinges for hatches and helm consoles profiting from touch-screen technology.
The interior is both modern and warm with an intelligent use of pear and wenge woods to contrast against light white panels and woven leather inserts.
“Below deck is a split-zone saloon that is both a dining area and comfortable relaxation space,” continues Will. “Aft of the dining area is a study that leads through to the galley.”
‘YII’ sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 cabins located forward including a generous Owners Suite.
